My work is inspired by landscape and architecture, featuring patterns and motifs found in rural crafts such as sail-making and thatching. I use natural and upcycled fabrics to make both framed textile pieces and functional items such as bags and aprons, by hand-dyeing, layering, hand and machine stitch and print.
